Yes. Residents must maintain an active renters insurance policy.

Our Total Monthly Leasing Price reflects all fixed, mandatory fees alongside your base rent, giving you a complete picture of your monthly costs. We’ve also provided a list of all potential fees you may encounter as a resident which can be found at the bottom of the Floorplans page.

Prior to move-in day, you'll receive a Welcome Letter outlining everything you need to know before your arrival, along with a Move-In Checklist. On move-in day, our onsite team will provide a community orientation, answer any questions, and issue your apartment keys. 

Yes! Each apartment home includes a full-size stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Yes. Residents may personalize their apartment home with the understanding that modifications may need to be returned to their original condition at move-out. Contact our leasing team before making modifications for specific guidelines.

Yes! Residents may mount TVs and hang wall décor. Any modifications may need to be returned to their original condition at move-out, including filling holes or repainting as applicable. Contact our leasing team for details. 

Clear Lake Vista offers an impressive collection of amenities designed around relaxation, wellness, recreation, and connection. Yes. Parking is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with one vehicle permitted per occupant.

Yes. Clear Lake Vista is a gated apartment community.

Mailboxes, parcel lockers, and the Luxer One package room are conveniently located near the clubhouse. Packages may be held in the package room for up to 14 days. Please note that the leasing office does not accept packages on behalf of residents.

Valet trash service is offered seven days a week, and a community trash compactor is also available. 

Yes! Clear Lake Vista is a pet-friendly community allowing up to two pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply; please contact our leasing team for complete pet policy details.

A one-time $350 pet fee is due at move-in for each pet, along with $25 in monthly pet rent per pet. A $20 third-party pet management fee per pet is also due at move-in. Fees are subject to change; please contact our leasing team for current details.

Clear Lake Vista is designed with four-legged residents in mind! Pet-friendly amenities include a pet park, self-service pet spa, and personal pet yards available with select apartment homes.
